#4 Double Chocolate Cookies

Yesterday I worked a split shift, but between those shifts I baked! I just had the urge to try out this recipe I found here.

They are super rich chocolatey cookies, so again...taking some to work so I don't overdo it myself, lol. Last year I mastered the chocolate chip cookie, so this summer will be the one of baking exploration. More or less making different cookies, haha.

#3 Peanut Butter Cookies!

Baking is an amazingly fun, especially on a Saturday night with a glass of some kind of sugary rum concoction - which is what down for me last Saturday. This was my first time trying out peanut butter cookies. My dad and sister recently came to visit and insisted on getting a ton of peanut butter. Normally, I don't really eat the stuff so I decided to make cookies out it. Soooo good! I took some to work to share so I wouldn't eat them all in day, haha.

Btw, totally using baking new things as projects! ;D


Next baking goal: double chocolate cookies!
